I deleted an entire section in my recent essay about the false positivity of "no regrets!" thinking and how like any other feeling and emotion, we developed it for reasons we should be tuned into.
Excellent essay, Tom. You've said much of what I'd thought of writing, but in greater depth. Mine would have been just a couple of hundred words, which is why I didn’t submit anything in the end.
Good stuff. You went deeper into amor fati than I did in my humble submission. I enjoyed your perspective on the idea.
Thanks. I thought your piece was a great counterpoint to mine as your gets much more into the practical.
and this shall be an essay that i use as a guidepost going forward.
No pressure!

Great minds! You're essay was tremendous btw.
Properly done sir. I wanted to include the idea and importance of forgiveness in my essay
and never figured a way. It is often the necessary modifier of regret when all else fails. It is Divine.
I agree entirely. This whole thing took me some figuring though, I'll tell you.

No worries, Terry, you're one of our most consistent and prolific contributors so I completely get it. Thanks for the kind words.
Thank you, Sire 😃
